I would have no problem staying here again, everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel itself is very well maintained and my room was ideal for a solo traveller. I hope I am back in the area again one day.

A lovely updated amenities hotel. No elevators as per the French way!! Front desk manager suggested 3 restaurants and we were able to get into Le Clos Lupin for one of the best meals this trip!, bon appetite!

Staff very kind. Bed sheets and towels perfectly clean. But the carpet in corridors smells a bit closed rooms and tobacco. The faucets and shower head are terrible and need to be changed, would make everything much cleaner and feel safer… But nice location, parking is convenient, and the area is perfect !

Great little hotel. Decent sized rooms, some road noise in my room. Great staff. Small parking, you need to back out into the road... I only have one complaint, very small space for breakfast and hot water only available from the coffee machine which is slow and has a line up! Also, they offer loose leaf tea, great idea but complicated execution given the space and lack of easy access hot water! A separate water boiler and quality bagged tea would be more convenient in my opinion! (I sound like I’m nitpicking ☹️)

This is a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delightful and filling. Our very small standard double room was nicely decorated albeit with a spacious bathroom. What would have made our stay better was a queen bed and a way to keep the windows open on our ground floor room without passers by being able to peer in, a ceiling fan and bedding that was suitable for 40C weather. e.i. a top sheet since a duvet was not necessary wihtout A.C.. If I were to stay again I would ask for a room on the first or second floor and not on the street. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay at Villa 10.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. But prior to checking in my wife had an accident and had to seek medical attention and when we returned, the staff prepared a meal Long after the kitchen was closed and make sure we were comfortable.

Etretat!

This place is so great. They have a beautiful spa to add to the charm of the hotel. People that work here are also so great. Matilda went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

Super nice staff and great welcome. Very nice garden with spa for free. The room was very small but it was great value for money. The room decoration is Golden age inspired. The breakfast was over the top good.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Villa 10!! Staff were beyond helpful and nice. Helped with reservations for dinner during our stay. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bakeries and even the post office and grocery store and of course the beach to view the famous cliffs. Would love to go back already.

A great family run hotel right in town. Great location to walk everywhere. Room was great. We did not have breakfast there. We came from Paris for an overnight trip and planned on taking the bus for 2 euro, however there were no buses running and we had a hard time finding a taxi to drive us a half hour to the hotel. It was an unexpected $100 to get there. Not their fault at all. Just check with hotel - not just the bus website before booking. They arranged a driver back to the train. Again another $80-100 dollars. I would recommend this hotel !

Exhausting Stay

We had to carry all our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and we are in our 70s!! Room was very dark, we could barely see to unpack. Breakfast was great!!! Bathrooms were good but the shower head kept falling on our heads.

Location is good but room condition disappointing

Reception ladies are very friendly and location is prime. However, the room lights are very dark and the floor inside the room seems not flat. So when you walk around, it makes you feel dizzy. Also no lift in the hotel so it's quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage.
