EXCELLENT place to stay. Walking distance to OU; ride-share to Ninkasi and other breweries. Wonderful staff! Very good breakfast.
Building has been redone; rooms are nice, modern.
Would DEFINITELY stay there again!
We came to Portland for a football game. The hotel was extremely well located to the stadium and nice restaurants. We also had a Whole Foods directly across the street. The hotel had coffee, tea, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, pastries, fruit and juice for breakfast. We were very comfortable there and will stay again.
Wonderful Staff and a Comfortable Stay!
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They were quick to assist me when I accidentally locked myself out of my room, helped me with the laundry facilities, and kindly stored my luggage after checkout. I really appreciated their hospitality!
The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch, with a variety of drinks including orange juice, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, as well as granola bars and fresh fruit.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable!
This area on Broadway is very noisy from car traffic. That is not the hotels fault...they did provide earplugs which is nice! Very standard basic motel. it was clean and bed was comfortable.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It was fine for a one night stay, close to where we needed to be. Staff were nice. The room had a bad odor though so thats why the 3 stars. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Motel does need some updates. Price was reasonable.
The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a little dirty. Tiles were missing and the faucet on one of the sinks wasn’t working correctly. Bathtub had some stains and the water pressure was meh.
Location was great. We stayed here bc it was close to UO as we
were dropping off our freshman.
There’s a Whole Foods right across the street. There’s a diner down the block and other areas to eat. The breakfast in the morning is a great little snacks, bagels, individually wrapped pastries, protein bars good on the go breakfast and coffee always available. Love that.
Close to the Oregon Stadium meaning you could walk and it’s a nice walk 20 to 30 minutes
Or you can take a cab close enough if you wanna walk over bridge to the stadium I would definitely stay here again
It’s not the fanciest definitely effective and right across from college housing. There was never any fear of walking around at night. It felt safe.
A nice hidden gem! I arrived in Eugene at 1 PM and even though Campus Inn generally begins check in at 4 PM, the lovely front desk staff let me check in early at no extra charge. I also appreciated the makeup wipes and good personal care products (Dove) in the bathroom. All in all a good experience and would definitely come back here!

There was cobwebs on the ceiling. The bathroom was not very clean. It didn’t smell fresh. The bathtub was in poor shape and it looked like it needed some TLC in the bathrooms. Staff is very friendly. They have a nice breakfast. The parking lot was too small and tight parking was not accommodating. The parking spaces were extremely tight.
Hotel room was clean and quiet. Great location...walking distance to great restaurants, shops and other amenities. Hotel manager gave us great recommendation for Chinese restaurant, Jade Noodle, which was the best! Would be happy to stay here again.
Place was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly good for a continental type service. It was quiet all night and in walking distance to the main downtown area. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was closed, but for the price it was great!
Was pretty impressed with this motel. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There's a really good gym with equipment, although it is a little tight. Easy parking and right in the middle of town. I really, really liked that there's a Whole Foods right across the street. Will stay again!
I didn’t hate the place. I don’t love that older hotels have a smell about them. With all the reviews that said ‘great breakfast’, I felt it was poor. The bed was comfortable, I did feel safe, convenient location but feel it was overpriced for what it was. Wouldn’t stay there again.
