Been here a few times and every time the room is neat, clean, comfortable, and pleasantly simple. The bathrooms stay clean and there has never been an issue with sharing. Hosts are pleasantly available and invisible at the same time, like a good wait staff. My go to in Eugene for sure.

The room was not very clean. cigarette burns all over the SHARED bathroom. The bathroom was not clean. remote check-in was not convenient, the app made me enter my card number twice, that doesn't instill any confidence.

Run down dive! Ghetto!

Garbage cans overflowing in the bathroom area. No paper towels replacement in 2 days! Tweaker blinds in bedroom! No fan. In and out traffic all night and early morning. Don’t fall for the cheap price trap! This place was ghetto!
