It was great place to stay. Near most entertainment. They waited for me to arrive. I got there right at closing due to crazy traffic on July 4th night. There was a trolley stop near by

Just ok

The pool was closed. The room smelled like mold. The carpet was coming up in some spots. Found a carpet beetle larvae on the wall. Debris around the edge of the floor along the wall, like dead bugs and spider webs. The room was just ok. Beds semi firm. Quiet away from main street noise.

Very friendly, having the in room jacuzzi was awesome and the room was very clean. The Inn could use a bit of a face lift but is definitely budget friendly and in a great location.

This place has great reviews. Too bad they are untrue. There is no breakfast. The room smelled like mildew. The door did not lock and had clearly been forced open at some point. There were no soda machines as advertised. When asking the front desk staff about things to do and the towns claim to fame, we were met with a blank stare and indifference. The beds were ok. The fridge worked good. The AC kept turning off. The shower alternated pulsing of very hot or very cold water. We would NOT recommend this facility.

The manager was very nice. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Our TV picture went out and it was replaced immediately. They made sure we had everything we needed. Price was very reasonable and would definitely stay there again.

This is about the least expensive room that you're going to find in Eureka Springs. If you compare it to a Hilton or similar facility, you will be disappointed. However, for the money I feel like it was a very decent room. My room could have used a little bit of cleaning and sprucing up. The rooms are in need of updating but for the price who cares.

Decent stay

Room was fairly clean except for the chair, ottoman and bed spread. All had stains and were covered to be used. Lost power to half of the room when a breaker tripped but it was restored. Air conditioning was cold and efficient. Staff was nice and worked with us after we had a late cancellation when one of our group was sick and could not come with us. Over all not a bad stay and could have been great with a few minor changes.

Nice little rest stop

The price was right. One draw back was that there was no elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor. The hotel is older, but seems to be kept up pretty well. Our room was clean,neat and spacious. Had electricial outlets that had easy access. Tv selection was not that great lot of older programming. But, In all fairness we didn't spend a lot of time trying to see if there were other choices. Location was easy enough to find using GPS, which is a must as there is hardly any street signs to direct you.

I arrived during a huge storm, the surrounding area had a tornado, there was hail storm within minutes of my arrival, so the power was out all over town. The manager was very communicative and helpful. I decided to extend my stay by a day, so I could experience the entire Eureka Springs experience but I had to change rooms, so the manager moved my things for me, very helpful and kind for the over 65 group I am in! 10 Stars for that!!!!!!!!!!!!

The absolute best customer service!

The service was definitely deserves a 5 star! As we got in very late because we were driving in from Oklahoma. But when we called to let them know they informed us that they don't do any check-ins after 11pm however, they made sure we were able to get in our room and we were able to check-in after we woke up with no pressure of a time frame which was amazing! We went and checked in and asked the gentleman if we could get another blanket. When we got back later that day, the blanket was outside our door. Then we noticed after resting a bit that our TV didn't have any signal. So when we left for our outing, we let him know that we were leaving for a bit and told him about the TV. He said asked if we mind if he goes and fixes it. We let him know we were headed out but is welcome to go in our room to see what the problem is while we are gone since we were going to be getting in late. Right then, while we were getting in the car to leave he was already going to our room! Now that's service folks!! The only thing we could even say that wasn't too great was the comfort of the beds. They were quite hard but still worth every dime and we'll be back!
