This is a lovely apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood just a very short distance from stores. The only reason I gave a 4 is the bedroom furniture and layout. There's not a comfortable place to sit, as it's an older futon, and there's no nightstands next to the bed, so my CPAP had to be on the bed ...
