Good for a one night stay

Receptionist was very cheerful and helpful. Parking was easy and restaurant was okay for dinner. For one night the hotel was fine but lacked any atmosphere or character. A few minor maintenance things needed and getting the Aircon setting right was a challenge

This is not a 4 star hotel. The room was dark and stuffy and stinky. The lobby was under construction hammering away at stone while we were having breakfast. The noise was deafening. The only good thing about it was the dinner they served at the restaurant which was quite good. The window in the room was broken and did not close all the way so you heard the very busy road underneath all night

Broken lift and dreadful breakfast spoilt stay

Disappointing. Chosen due to car parking availability. Bedroom was comfortable and clean but lift was broken during our visit so had to carry bags from basement car park to 2nd floor. Breakfast following morning was terrible - coffee machine broken, no hot water, buffet of cooked food looked inedible. Staff not interested.

En revanche, quelques bémols : - un wifi puissant, mais beaucoup trop de coupures et de "crash" lorsqu'il y a plusieurs chambres connectées - un mitigeur thermostatique sous la douche qui ne fonctionne pas : réglé à 38 degrés, l'eau est largement au dessus de 45 degrés - prévoir une rallonge : aucune prise électronique à proximité de la tête de lit - la chasse des toilettes est bien fatiguée
