"I spent a significant amount to stay here, but unfortunately the quality of service did not meet my expectations. I booked my room months in advance and specifically requested a nice view, yet I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, far from the main compound. The restaurant service was also disappointing, as there were repeated issues with our orders and it often felt like our concerns were overlooked rather than addressed. The spa service was average at best. While the property itself has a beautiful view, the overall level of service did not match the standard I expected for the price paid."

There was a young Black man who worked overnight (Dale) who provided excellent customer service. The only issue I had was the pool not being clean and not being advised that we had to pay for breakfast. Other than that our room was nice and clean. The hotel was also in a nicer area as well. "
