  • A lovely apartment with loads of space & light, the aspect is East, catching the morning sun. On the ground floor with a private entrance and a dedicated parking space within a private carpark.

    The main room has a king sized bed, comfortable sofa, a 42" satellite TV and a dining table for 2. There is high speed unlimited internet access throughout. Bed linen and towels provided.

    Off this there is a separate bathroom with a large walk in shower, with complimentary mini toiletries.

    Make use of a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, and a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

    Takeaway delivery available through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat!

Exeter stay

The flat is decently appointed if perhaps a bit basic e.g. a reading lamp or two would be nice and paper towels. Communication was a concern but apparently the vrbo system was malfunctioning so that wasn’t the hosts fault. The host did respond very quickly when things were up and running.
