These two stone barn conversions are set on the owners’ small 65-acre farm at the head of the Teign Valley in the heart of rural Devon, yet just 5 miles away from the historic cathedral city of Exeter.

The Teign Valley is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and some lovely walks can be taken here, as well as in Dartmoor National Park, which is only a short drive away. In the spring the woodlands are well-known for the fantastic display of daffodils and bluebells. Nearby you can also try horse riding, golf and fishing. Beach 15 miles. Shop 3½ miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
