"The office called my room at 11 when I was asleep. Then at 9 am the for alarm goes off and everyone is clueless as to what’s going on. Will likely not be staying there again. Can’t believe management isn’t going to do anything for a refund or discount "

"It was adequate for our needs. Heater didn’t work in original room, so they switched us to another room. Remote didn’t work in new room, but we figured out how to adjust TV manually. We were too tired by that point. Staff was friendly."
