"It only takes one bad employee to ruin your experience… After 13 Hours of flight travel from Pennsylvania to get here… We were told by the night manager on duty they have no pre-booked premium rooms and the only available ones were tiny old & dirty in an old portion of the hotel. Our bags arrived by bus to our hotel AND were actually tagged at the hotel with our premium room number! She never bothered to check who the reservation was for!! It was our reservation!!!"
