Check-in was fine but once we got to our room, the smoke detector battery was dead, so it was chirping. The window was open and couldn’t close it. So we were moved to another room that room didn’t have a shower curtain so we were removed again with third row Camee to find out when we try to get ready for my grandmother’s funeral that the hot water wasn’t hot it was lukewarm and the outlet didn’t work so I couldn’t get ready in the bathroom. Then later on that night on the second night, there were kids in town for the basketball tournament that were extremely loud under us. We complained and were told that they couldn’t do anything because they were guests as well at the hotel. This continued until midnight. And then started back up around 9 o’clock when I went down and complained again in the morning because I caught children running up and down on my floor that didn’t belong on my floor. Nothing was ever done about it. So I checked out a day early requested my refund for that third day and I also want a refund for my entire day. My daughter also was at that hotel and had throw up in her bathroom and had to be moved.

What hot tub? I used the pool and it was like a polar dip. The bathroom had water under the flooring tiles. We were in room 119 March 7/8 2026. Could not sleep due to ongoing noise above us; vacuum going,thumping and dropping things and constant creaking; had to wear earplugs which did not help; told front desk twice and they didn't do anything. Breakfast was 1/2 hour late. The worst coffee ever; just coloured water; asked for other coffee, and it was the same! Complained about it and were told that was a standard amount of coffee; what a joke. Never go to this place. On top of that, we were overcharged. Never go to this place

Had made my reservations online and i had made the original one apparently for the wrong date (the day after I needed) so i had to book room again for the correct day and I was not allowed to cancel and get a refund even though it was as soon as i clicked to print the receipt i realized and expedia says hotel does not do refunds when i went to the hotel they said they would give a refund if i had made it through them and that expedia would have to refund me i told them expedia says they do not do refunds and said that was final and they say they do but i never go a refund then when i checked in it was freezing cold in the room literally speaking actually well below freezing there was a sheet and a thin blanket i turned heat up as high as it would go and t was still freezing when i left in the morning and i told they employee and they did not even respond

The towels appeared pale, as if they hadn't been washed. The bathroom accessories were missing shampoo and conditioner. When I started taking a bath in the morning, I found that the tub drain was completely blocked, and I had to take a bath in a pool of water. The breakfast lacked bread entirely. When asked at the front desk about it, the staff member replied, "We don't serve bread; we have eggs, you can eat those." How can breakfast be complete without bread? The one-night charge was $103, which is not inexpensive by any standard, yet the service was disappointing.

Bathroom had mold in corners. Comforter on one of the beds had mold/mildew on it. No soap (asked twice). Thankful I had shower gel with me. Ran out of toilet paper, we used tissues. Asked for clean towels, toilet paper and soap (again) on day 3, still didn’t get any. Won’t stay there again.

Front desk person was nice but room is terrible. Was in town for a concert and didn’t have time to switch. Bed linens were stained and looked dirty. All wash cloths and towns stunk. There was black mold on ceiling and sink would not close to shave. Definitely not worth the money I paid but is closest to the Nutter Center, but plenty of others close too.

Room had a huge gap in the door. Could see out to the hall, so I know people could see in to the room. AC was not working and room was very warm. Also smelled like it had been smoked in. First room appeared to be clean, although no hand soap. Turned on heat and moved blinds and VIOLA!! The room had an infestation of palmeto bugs!!! We were moved to another room. It smelled and had a drawer that remained wide open. I put a sock in it to close it, otherwise we would have had bruised shins. Of course when I asked for a refund, I have to contact corporate.The front desk person, Viaan, tells me to call Victor. Then he asks if we have picures of something he came up to see!!

The front desk clerk was awesome! NO where on my confirmation was the “booking” number needed to confirm our reservation. She worked tirelessly, as I did, to reach someone at Hotels.com to NO avail! We finally checked in at a discounted rate she gave us out of sympathy!
