"Ideal location clean basic But very good"

"I stayed at the Moxy Lower East Side in January (by myself) and I had such a great experience. Everyone was so lovely, helpful and easy to deal with. I want to particularly mention: Karl, Peter, Joanna, Jessica and Carlos who each went out of their way to assist me and were always happy to answer my questions/guide me in the right direction. I was nervous to stay at a hotel by myself but the Moxy felt very different to your average hotel experience - honestly after a few hours I felt completely...
