"Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel. Guests are not allowed to take even a fruit or a pretzel from breakfast, which felt unnecessarily strict. The breakfast staff was also rude and did not speak English, simply pointing at a sign instead of politely explaining the rule. This negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel."

However on the second night took the car to a restaurant and came back to no car space including on the street. Just told we would need to pay 10 euro to put it downstairs. Not happy. Location extremely isolated so need a car. Eventually someone else went out so we got their one. Not a good system. "
