THE SPACES:

Once you arrive, you will park your car right next to the house, and you will enter the accommodation through an independent entrance. The apartment is spread over 2 floor: first floor and slightly basement ground floor.

Once you enter through the back door, on the right you will find the kitchen with a comfortable dining area, equipped with oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher.

Then you will arrive in the living room, which has a part covered with reclaimed antique wood. From here you will also have access to a balcony.

From the living room you will finally arrive in one of the bedrooms, which has a bunk bed.

On the same floor there is one of the two bathrooms, without windows but with an extraction fan, and with a shower.



Going down the stairs leading to the ground floor, you will find the double bedroom and the second bathroom with window, bathtub and washing machine.



The apartment has free Wi-Fi.



For those who stay in winter, there is also a room used as a deposit for ski equipment.



THE POSITION:

Casa Lisa is located in the historic center of Falcade, almost at the end of a closed street, and therefore free of traffic, at the edge of the wood.

The distance from the main services such as supermarket, shops, restaurants, bus stop is maximum 350 meters, the distance from the square of Falcade is 500 meters.

Getting to the Park of Falcade with the playground and the little lake will be simple, only 5/10 minute walk.

Here you can use the cycle path that runs along the Biois stream to take long walks or mountain bike excursions, which you can easily rent in various sports shops in Falcade.

At high altitudes there are also countless mountain huts and refuges to visit, starting both from the village and from the San Pellegrino and Valles Passes.



Even in winter there are many activities to do to fill your days, first of all alpine skiing. You can practice this sport in the wide San Pellegrino Ski Area, which has about 100 km of perfectly snow-covered slopes and a lot of shelters where you can have an hot drink and a slice of homemade cake.

In the town center, on the Piana, there is the cross-country ski track, easily reachable on foot from Casa Lisa. Here you can also try the ice skating rink.
