Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A little under half an acre of usable yard, enjoy the playground and front porch with a beautiful view of the neighboring mountains. The property is completely fenced and gated for optimal privacy.
Backyard has a 900sq ft patio with outdoor dining table and a playhouse for the kids.

Inside you will be welcomed with an open concept layout with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and in suite bathroom with a large shower.

our front bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed and beautiful mountain views.

The back bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds and is attached to a bonus playroom/office.

Bathroom 2 has a tub and shower as well as double sinks. outside bathroom 2 you can find a stackable washer and dryer.


Our property is conveniently located off old Hwy 395, with quick access to the 15. 10 minutes from Old Town Temecula and 20 minutes to the wineries.

Within walking distance you will find Rainbow Park equipped with a soccer field, tennis and pickle ball court and a playground. As well as two convenient stores and Rainbow Oaks restaurant. Falbrook, known as the “Avocado Capital of the World” offers great hiking trails!

Enjoy fresh oranges or grapefruits from our trees! The bonus room is equipped with toys, games and books.
