"Did not eat breakfast. Parking full but easy to find and get in and out of"

"Breakfast was okay. The staff were not very professionally addressed. The surrounding area did not appear very safe. We were worried about our belongings. They could not even provide a printed receipt. Breakfast was okay. Elevator carpet was gross and smelled like smoke."

"The room had a very musty smell!! Not good for my allergies. Not to mention need to spray for bugs as noticed a few spiders. When we asked for towels as we stayed for 2 nighrs they didnt have enough towels to accommodate all the guests. The breakfast eas good "

"I booked this hotel because everyone said how clean it was. Hmmm… in my room the bathroom floor hadn’t been scrubbed in several visits because there were urine spots by the toilet and spots on the floor. The desk hadn’t been wiped down - there was a layer of dust on it and the bottom of the chair did as well. The couch was very stained, we always get two beds because my husband tosses and turns, one bedspread had a bunch of dog hair on it. We do not have a pet and I did not want to sleep on that bed😔. Yes, I am picky… On the good side, it was lovely to open the window and hear 25 varieties of birds according to my Merlin app. That made up for the room not being as clean as it should have been. Will I stay here again? yes, if I get a room on the odd numbered side so I could hear the birds again.👍"

"Had an issue with my room rate but that was with Hotels.com. That being said they did try to help me from the hotel. Nice staff. Clean and comfortable. "
