"Dirty, smelly, and unpleasant staff. Had to stay because i had already paid!"

"This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had. After checking in and settling into my room, a staff member knocked loudly on my door and, in a very emotional and confrontational way, told me I needed to move my car immediately—like I had done something wrong. I called the front desk to clarify, and instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was told that if I didn’t comply, I would have to leave the hotel. I moved my car as instructed, in the rain, to another area still within the hotel property but much farther from my room. Meanwhile, other vehicles remained parked where I originally was, which made the whole situation feel inconsistent and unfair. When I went to the front desk afterward, I was told it was “the owner’s rules” and that they were just enforcing them—but no clear explanation was given, and nothing about this was communicated during booking or check-in. It wasn’t just the parking—it was the way it was handled. The approach felt aggressive, unprofessional, and unnecessary. First time experiencing something like this, and definitely not the kind of hospitality you expect when staying at a hotel."

"Room was clean, except we had to request for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we had no heat. They did exchanged the air conditioner unit but still didn't work. We chose not to move from that room because to much to move. It was only one more night. Overall it was good."

"It seems this hotel is more for the “unhoused” population. There was a man who was sitting in the front lobby in his bathrobe reading the paper and every time we saw him he was in his bathrobe walking around inside and out! Also there was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in lobby was just about room temperature. Their continental breakfast consisted of a basket of granola bars . The room was less than clean and the hall was noisy all night. I’m not sure where the positive reviews came from but this is not for families or anyone who wants ANY amenities. I moved to the nearby Hampton Inn for less money and it’s wonderful! Everything you expect to make your stay comfortable. "

"Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable. We are fam of 4, two adults and two teens, really enjoys the hotel for two nights visit to Providence. 7 minutes to shopping center. We love the breakfast. We will come back here again . "

"Had a quick one night stay. I wasnt feeling well so I basically checked in and crawled into bed. Bed was comfy; plenty of tv channels to choose from. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean. I didnt think the fridge was working at 100%, but it kept my food cold overnight. The breakfast was typical, however for me everything was a bit undercooked. The hashbrowns were not brown at all. I heard another guest ask if the sausages were cooked, so I'm guessing they werent brown either. (Note that everything WAS SAFELY cooked, I just prefer it to be cooked MORE.) Easy to get to. I saw several people enjoying the pool. I would stay here again."

"It was a great and pleasant 3 nights. I travel a lot and when I arrived check in was very quick and straightforward. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Very quiet at night which was appreciated and it was everything I needed. I was comfortable so I have no complaints. Thank you. "

"This place was FABULOUS! We came in for the Goose show and it fit our needs perfectly. It’s so beautifully designed, a comfortable and safe living space, close enough to everything you need! Our host was communicative and kind, responding quickly to any questions we had. If we make our way back to Providence, this is the best spot to stay!"
