The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all used beds, fold the quilts put them on the side. Put the dirty linens and used towels in the laundry baskets and store them close to the washing machine in the hallway.
Rinse w/dish sop all used kitchen utensils (Put food particles, used cooking oil/grease in a jar and put in the trash as we don't have garbage disposal. Load them in the dishwasher and kindly run it.
Check all your belongings, make sure nothing is left behind, as anything left at the house will be in the trash. Turn off the lights, turn off AC and push the lock button when you leave. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Fees are lowered to compensate incidental insurance. If there’s no claims against you, refund will be returned15 business days after checked out.
Remove personal items. Anything left after check out will be in the trash. Provide proper documentation for a service dog. Boat lunch is nearby.
We kindly ask all our guests to read our rental agreement, house rules and polices b-4 booking. NO Events/BIG FAMILY GATHERINGS HELD in/at the house.
