As a couple travelling this was a perfect place to base ourselves in Faro. It's right near the bars however quiet at night so easy for sleeping and very close to the transport and harbour. We went to Alté and Tavira while we stayed which I highly recommend for wandering and swimming spots. Our room was clean and had a bathroom attached, all was very clean and had air con. The WiFi was very good and there was a communal kitchen we had access to but we didn't actually use since there are so many places to eat nearby. There's also a beautiful terrace we sat out on one evening that has a bit of a conservatory attached so if you're staying in this would be great so you're not stuck in your room. The lady running the guest house was also very helpful and was quick to respond to messages, I highly highly recommend here.

The Guest house was good and the lady was nice but the problem was the nightclub with the music then people leaving the venue! I woke up every night. Apart from that great location
Very central, a little hidden but found anyways, very loud in the night, but ear plugs given automaticly, welcoming greetings out of receptions time with messages and calls
Perfect location, friendly welcome. Simple place, close to everything: The City Center, Old Town & Marina. Sylvia arranged my taxi ride to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. #obrigado ❤️

Although l'd notified plane arrived c. noon l didn't get access to room till nearly 4. Sylvie apologetic & v. nice. Great spacious, if bit dated, room & ensuite. Comfy bed but nightime socialising noises infiltrated sleep. Otherwise good location & sun terrace a nice plus.
Stayed here as a couple but this place would also be great for a solo backpacker. I’d describe it as being more like a private room in a hostel rather than a traditional guesthouse with host on site. The location is right by the centre of Faro, the shopping streets are only a couple of minutes walk away. The Guesthouse has a lovely roof terrace and upper room where you can sits and eat your food, and there is a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, toaster, etc where you can prepare something. I did find that it was a bit noisy outside on the street, as you are right by the bars, so you might want to bring some earplugs. The room was fine, shared bathrooms but it was right next to the room. For a budget trip this Guesthouse was a good choice if you aren’t looking for anything too fancy.

Single room was very small and dark . Needed fan on constantly to keep temperature bearable. Fridge did not work properly - didn't keep things cold. Very limited kitchen. No cooking allowed. However very good price for central location
Great location, and fantastic roof terrace. Room was small but fine for what we wanted, only downside was the noise from the street about 2-2.30 in the morning waking us up with people shouting and screaming outside, probably after the bars and clubs closed.
Really clean, small but cozy and more than enough for the prize. The little attentions like shower gels, creams, teabags, ear plugs and post-its here and there were really appreciated!
The location is perfect, the shower was powerful and the roof top was fantastic, for the price the stay was great only let down was the wobbly bed and the "adult" noises at the weekend, due to proximity to bars and being a budget accomodation it had a lot of "business". But with that in mind for the price I would book again.
