Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Beautiful country cottage set on its own in a perfect village location of Hernhill just 6 miles in each direction to Faversham, Whitstable and Canterbury only 10 -15 minutes’ drive away. This cosy cottage has beautiful and comfortable country styling and countryside views, on the edge of a pretty village with no immediate neighbours. When the owners are not away they live next door which is completely separate. You will completely have the main cottage entirely to yourselves with private access to the gardens which are for your use only. There is great outdoor seating areas for both dining and relaxing. The location is great as it is in the countryside, but have great access to the seaside being only 6 miles in each direction to the beautiful seaside town of Whitstable, the city of Canterbury and the lovely market town of Faversham.

Our stay at Poppy’s Cottage was absolutely delightful. Theresa was an exceptional host, ensuring our comfort and providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was a gem - tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. It was clear a lot of thought had gone into creating a welcoming space. The cottage served as an ideal base for exploring the charming towns of Whitstable, Margate, and Ramsgate. We also enjoyed browsing the treasures at the Faversham Antiques Market and indulging in local produce at Macknade Farm Shop. A visit to the Petticoat Lane antique emporium in Ramsgate was another highlight. We highly recommend this cottage for a wonderful escape.
