"Super nice mellow uncrowded resort. Can snorkel and swim in the bay. They will arrange all activities, have onsite scuba diving pick up, food was excellent, and service was top notch. Bring some deet for the mosquitos though. "

I've stayed here in the past several times with previous owners and it was wonderful then and its has not drop off at all. Loved the room, loved the restaurant and chef was very able to adopt to my allergy requirements. Food was excellent. Birds in the morning, stars at night, waves all the time. Fantastic. "Absolutely Incredible experience staying at La Dolce Vita. By far, the highlight of our trip to Fiji. Chef Michelle's food is worth the flight to Savusavu alone. Every meal we had was award winning, even our insanely picky eater children cleaned their plates and tried new things. Margaret was a wonderful host, she arranged smooth transport for us to and from the resort, a number of wonderful excursions, and she hosted a wonderful Fiji night including local musicians even though we were the only guests. The grounds are beautiful, the bures are large and comfortable, the attention to detail throughout the property is obvious. All staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time in the pool, the lagoon, and exploring the changing tides. Can't recommend La Dolce Vita enough."

The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly and the setting is spectacular and the rooms themselves are comfortable but they need new beds we had a hard time sleeping on the old metal box spring together waking each other up every time we moved It would be 100% great if they got new beds "

"The property is beautiful and the owners are so nice. It is very remote area, so only one option for dining. You can cook I. Your kitchenette, but we were not prepared for the hotel being so far away from the nearest store or restaurant. Plan ahead. Shop on your way there or co tact owners ahead of time to see about arranging for meals. "

"We changed our plans at the last minute and happened to come across Sau Bay on Google Maps. It looked like a great spot for a resort, so we decided to give it a try. After our stay, my girlfriend and I found it incredibly difficult to leave. We absolutely loved this place and didn’t have a single complaint. The resort itself is beautiful, and staying there was an absolute pleasure. It’s a small, intimate retreat, accommodating only about 16 guests, which made for a peaceful and personal experience. The staff were, without a doubt, the highlight of our visit. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, treating us better than at any other resort we’ve been to. From the warm welcome, with them singing on the beach as we arrived, to the delicious food and drinks prepared daily, every detail was top-notch. The dive masters were also outstanding, making our experience exploring the Rainbow Reef even more unforgettable. I can’t wait to return and explore more of Sau Bay. I’ll definitely be back!"
