About this property
Provencal villa in unique natural and calm setting with beautiful views
- The property is located on top of 2 hectares of wooded land in a very quiet environment with beautiful views to the village of Fayence. Down the hill is a small river where it is possible to bath and picnic during the summer.
Heated infinity pool (11x6 m oxygen cleaned) with teak furniture and two separate outside dining tables for up to 10 persons. Barbecue facility.
4 bedrooms with marbled bathrooms and toilets, large living and dining room with modern american kitchen (fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ice machine, large fridge, ...). Wifi connection, Telephone, Fax, Printer, Safe and flat screen TV in every room. The entire property is air-conditioned.
The decoration is an elegant mix of 18th century Provençal furniture and modern equipment and paintings. Please note that the master bedrooms has several erotic paintings.
The property is situated halfway between the mediaeval villages of Fayence and Seillans that boast many excellent restaurants.
