    Our two-bedroom, one-bath condo sleeps up to 6, with a king bed and a queen bed in the bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker and coffee, cookware, dishes and silverware. You'll also have fast wifi, TV, air conditioning and heating, in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and outdoor seating with a BBQ grill. Private entrance and garage parking with two spaces right on Dickson St.

College visit

We came in town to visit my son, who attends University of Arkansas. The apartment was perfect. Located right on Dickson street it’s walking distance to foods, bars and shopping. The owners were amazing and worked with us through some scheduling issues that came up. Would book again and definitely recommend.

Convenient but noisy

This location was great for visiting all the restaurants and bars in this college town. However we can’t party like we use to and tried go to bed by ten. It was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep.

This was the perfect location for Mom’s weekend. Close to the U of Arkansas campus and a 2 minute walk to the where the main event was held. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location!

The condo was just as described - literally a block from the UArk campus. We enjoyed the convenience and walks. the property itself was very cool and offered all we needed for our stay.

Great spot in heart of campus

House was comfy and was accurate to listing. Great quesadilla joint just a minute walk away. Would stay here again. Side note …there is some street noise in primary bedroom. Of course, not contra me by owner. So no fault of theirs. Plus, if you are staying here, you should expect some night life. Would definitely stay here again !!
