  • Nestled in East Fayetteville, this delightful building offers a soothing atmosphere for guests. With 2 queen beds in the cozy bedrooms and a living room with an additional twin bed and sofa bed, this property is perfect for a small group looking for a fabulous stay. Enjoy the convenience of heating, AC, and WiFi during your visit. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
    Convenient to Fayetteville or Elkins located east of Baldwin on the middle fork of the White River.
    Country feels w town amenities.

    This was an original Fay Jones house that burned down years ago and we did not want anything permanent on the site. Bill Clinton also lived here for a few years during law school at the Uof A.
