Well, I had booked two nights online with your company expedia, and when I got to the hotel at regency seven, it was not honored.It was ninety five dollar per night charge, and he would only give me one night and it ash again.And he was still, he wouldn't give me another knight, so he did not honor but we had books online.

Overall the property served it purpose for my needs. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, and the shower had hot water. The check in and check out process were smooth. However, the room smelt like cigerette smoke, there were flies all over the room, and the floors/tables/chairs were all dirty. I think with a little TLC and attention to cleaning details, this could be so much better.

Disappointing

There were dirty spots and handprints on light switch and door jam, I thought maybe a stain but was able to wipe them off very easy. Shower was very narrow and shower head was short and low pressure. The bathroom had a sensor for the light and that was very abrupt and disturbing in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the room was not worth the $100+ rate.

Just terrible, had booked the room through expedia and was told they were not paid and had to pay again!!!! Had to stand outside and try to talk thru a glass window, took 45 minutes to get checked , to find dirty floors in the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
