Das Zimmer war an sich ganz nett. Allerdings waren die zwei Betten in der Dachschräge eine Katastrophe. Die Kinder konnten dort nicht schlafen, ohne sich irgendwie anzuschlagen. Die Ferienwohnung ist zur nächsten Ferienwohnung nur mit einer Türe abgetrennt, die nicht mal ganz schließt d.h. wir haben fast jedes Wort von der Nachbarwohnung gehört. Unsere Kinder werden gerne gegen 21.30 ins Bett gegangen. Leider kamen sie aufgrund des Geräuschpegel nicht zur Ruhe und konnten nicht schlafen. Ich würde nie wieder in diese Ferienwohnung gehen.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise für 2 Nächte als Familien mit 3 Kids 12-14. Tatsächlich ist das Appartement in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr ganz der Anzeige. Fenster und Haustür müssten repariert werden und Stromkabel in der Ecke hängen so raus.Bad war okay und hat alles gut funktioniert. Küche auch nur die Spülmaschine haben wir uns nicht getraut zu benutzen, die war nicht mehr fest verbaut schien. Bis zum Checkin war Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gut und der Checkin war sehr unkompliziert. Es hat ein 5. Stuhl gefehlt, auf Nachfrage kam keine Reaktion mehr.Unten im Haus können größere Gruppen übernachten, da kann es schon mal eine Party geben und da das blaue Haus sehr hellhörig ist, ist man da auch dabei.

Kurztrip ok!

Für einen Kurztrip von ein bis zwei Tagen ist die Wohnung gerade noch in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich sie jedoch nicht empfehlen.Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr mangelhaften Zustand – viele Reparaturen sind längst überfällig. Zudem war sie sehr staubig: Auf allen Regalen lag zentimeterdicker Staub, auch in der Küche und in den offenen Schränken. Das Besteck war unvollständig; in einer der Wohnungen gab es nur zwei Messer. Glücklicherweise hatten wir beide oberen Wohnungen gemietet und konnten so untereinander tauschen.Der Garten ist grundsätzlich schön für Kinder, allerdings ist nur ein Teil davon nutzbar. Einige Spielgeräte sind wackelig und stellen eine Gefahr dar. Das einzige voll nutzbare Spielgerät war das Trampolin. Der vorhandene Pool, der im Sommer eine tolle Erfrischung gewesen wäre, war leider stark mit Algen verschmutzt und somit nicht benutzbar. Auch der Hühnerstall, der eigentlich ein schönes Erlebnis für Kinder sein könnte, war seit Wochen nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt – leider sehr unhygienisch.Von anderen Mietern, die in der Wohnung unter uns wohnten, haben wir ebenfalls nur negatives Feedback zum Zustand der Unterkunft erhalten.Ein weiteres Problem: Wer in den oberen Wohnungen untergebracht ist, hat keine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen, wenn die unteren Wohnungen belegt sind – Tische und Grill sind dann meist schon besetzt.Die Schlafmöglichkeiten entsprechen nicht der Beschreibung für sechs Personen.

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht im Objekt da wir auf der Durchreise waren.Der Check In und die Kommunikation vor der Reise waren gut.Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber obwohl wir 50 Euro Reinigungsgebühr bezahlt haben,das war sehr schade!!

1 Zimmer mit riesigem Garten

Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und ausreichend groß für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie (4 Pers.). Der Garten ist das Highlight, vorallem mit Kindern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat toll funktioniert.
