O Hotel infelizmente não pode ser classificado como 03 estrelas: elevador quebrado, subimos na escada com as malas, chuveiro elétrico pingando noite toda. A cama afundou e fez um buraco. Café da manhã praticamente não tem espaço físico.

Barulho em demasia

Hotel tem uma estrutura ok. Nada demais, mas também nada que faça com que você desista de se hospedar lá. O grande problema é o local. Tem um bar ao lado que tem música mecânica e ao vivo que parece estar dentro do quarto. É impossível descansar ou dormir em função do barulho gerado por esse vizinho. Por esse motivo, externo, não recomendo.

De ruim pra baixo

Foi bem ruim, quarto péssimo, frigobar velho e barulhento, janela do banheiro da pra dentro do quarto, paredes mofadas com infiltração, box do banheiro imundo, vazamento no banheiro, café da manhã ruim também, funcionários de péssimo humor.

Tudo tinha que pagar na hora. O quarto não tem interfone, o frigobar estava desligado, o ar condicionado era muito barulhento, o chuveiro com a temperatura 1 sem funcionar, e o boxe vazando água para a área do sanitário, até uma garrafa de água tinha que descer para buscar na recepção, ao sair, topei com uma barata morta bem na porta do quarto.

AVALIAÇÃO HOTEL ACALANTO

Em 11/10/2023 as 23:30, chegamos ao Hotel Acalanto e fomos alocados em um quarto extremamente barulhento, o que tornou impossível dormir. Após solicitar a troca de quarto, fomos transferidos. No entanto, no dia seguinte, enfrentamos uma situação desagradável. A atendente, de maneira ríspida, cobrou 50 reais adicionais da nossa diária, alegando que outra pessoa havia subido para o nosso quarto. Vale ressaltar que, originalmente, havíamos contratado o quarto para duas pessoas através do Hotel.com. A atendente nos constrangeu na frente de outras pessoas, mesmo quando apresentamos evidências de nossa reserva para duas pessoas, ela ignorou nossas informações. Mas não realizamos o pagamento e mostramos a reserva no celular. Esperamos que o Hotel Acalanto investigue essa situação e tome medidas para corrigir esse erro, bem como garantir um atendimento mais respeitoso aos clientes no futuro. Gostaríamos de uma resolução justa para essa questão, seja um reembolso da diária.
