Quarto barulhento e muito claro.

A equipe de funcionários do hotel muito atenciosa. mas o quarto que eu fiquei muito barulhento, o quarto do meu lado ligou um som alto, que atrapalhou meu trabalho e minha apresentação. Acústica do quarto muito ruim. as cortinas eram velhas (blackout ruim) e a claridade do quarto era excessiva. Ou seja: atrapalhou meu trabalho e sono/descanso ficou prejudicado.

O café da manhã estava excelente e a limpeza do hotel e do quarto também, como também fomos muito bem atendidos no check in e durante a estadia. Porém sugiro que troquem o ar condicionado da academia por outro que funcione bem, pois mesmo indo fazer exercícios a noite, a academia estava um forno e o ar condicionado não estava funcionando normalmente, como também sugiro que liguem as luzes do andar da academia, pois ao sair do elevador estava tudo escuro e não tinha sensor de presença, então sai tateando até achar um interruptor para acender as luzes do andar onde fica a academia.

Quarto tinha um tamanho muito bom, bem espaçoso e confortável. Só o box que era muito apertadinho. O café da manhã achei “ok”, um pouco fraco e o atendimento no café da manhã ficou um pouco a desejar também.

Melhor hotel de Feira de Santana, apenas o banheiro do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Banheiros pequenos, o que não ocorre nos novos acessíveis, uma vez que até quatro anos atrás, não tinha nenhum, corrigiram o problema do espaço, contudo a ótima ducha inunda todo o banheiro, pedi a governanta para deixar um todinho no quarto para puxar a água e fui prontamente atendido. Neste hotel e possível notar a falta de um gerenciamento mais ativo.
