"Elmira, Mo and Eduardo were fantastic. They made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is well located, very convenient but the booking said parking included and it wasnt. Also, i found hair in the sheets and one day we didnt have electricity for 4 hours meaning no water for shower, no elevator working and some floors completely blacked out. Not a single apology from the hotel."
