Villa in Son Prohens near Felanitx for 6 people with infinity pool.

This house was completed in March 2018. It is a one-storey, stone built house with three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Because of its size and comfort it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a holiday in a tranquil setting which has the added advantage of being only 1.5 km from the closest town, Felanitx. Finca Ca’n Fures has WiFi connection, satellite TV and air conditioning in the living-dining room and one of the bedrooms.
The house comprises a spacious and light central area forming the main living-dining room including satellite TV; next to this room is the fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. On the other side of the living dining area there are three double bedrooms, one of these with en suite bathroom and exit to the terrace plus the other bathroom which has a bath.
The external area of the property has been designed taking into account the comfort and relaxation of the guests. You can enjoy the attractive private pool which has hammocks to relax in, an area of lawn, ideal for children to play on, a covered terrace with table and chairs, a barbecue with fridge, exterior shower, bathroom with shower and secure and private parking for a number of vehicles within the boundary of the accommodation.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Es liegt mitten in der schönen Landschaft Mallorcas. Wer Ruhe sucht und sich frei bewegen möchte, wird dieses Haus genießen. Die Raumaufteilung mit der Terrasse, der Aussendusche, dem außenliegenden 3. Badezimmer und natürlich der Pool ist sehr gut durchdacht und es war herrlich. Augen auf und man sieht die Berge im Hintergrund, geht durch die Tür und setzt sich mit einem Kaffee auf diese wunderbare Terasse. Es gibt genug Sonne und es gibt genug Schatten, so dass alle auf ihre Kosten kommen sollten. Das Objekt verfügt zusätzlich über eine einfach zu bedienende, moderne Einbruchmeldeanlage. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Sauberkeit. Lupenreine Matratzen und Matratzenschoner, kein Staub, selbst auf den kleinsten Flächen. Die Sauberkeit ist einfach nur Top. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, spricht Englisch und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Als Familie mit 3 Kindern können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
