"Everything that matters was great. It's a simple hotel, not flashy or fancy, but it was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The AC worked well, the water temp was easy to dial in, etc. If you just need a clean, simple place to stay, this place is excellent. And it helps that there's an In-N-Out restaurant right next door :)"

"The house was exactly as described. Ample space for our large family, possibly a few more bath towels out would be great, especially for big groups. I was constantly washing towels. It was great having the pack ‘n play and high chair for the baby, nice not having to rent those items separately. The backyard was great for the kids, plenty of room for them to run around. Our only complaint, and it’s not a big one, was the ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work."

"In a state of an emergency, Janet was so gracious for accepting my family and I during a time of crisis. We were mentally and emotionally wrecked due to the Garden Grove evacuation incident. Janet was so kind to accept us and our pets when no one else would. Not only was she kind and understanding of our situation. Her home was a safe haven and beautifully well kept. It had everything we needed from the kitchen appliances, local restaurants and grocery stores near by. The amount of space for those of us who work from home was perfect. Including the amount of space we needed for 4 vehicles. I can’t thank you enough for your support during a time of need."

"Room was clean, staff was professional, friendly staff, didn't use pool area or restaurant. Bar was dead, For on-site parking, it needs to be better organized: I arrived around 9 PM, found parking far away from hotel entrance, solo mature female - I took my luggage, etc, with me inside to check in and was told I had to place a paper inside my car to identify that I was a hotel guest if inquiries were made as to who is parking. I had to go all the way back to my car and put in that paper so it was visible, then I walked all the way back to hotel to go to my room. I have never experienced that type of antiquated parking request. Enough that I would NOT stay there again. Yes, that's right."
