Keys for room kept not working. Multiple trips to the desk. We were there for a hockey tournament and had late games both nights and only were able to use the pool area for 15 min. Even for adults. No sitting area for adults to visit. Rooms are in need of updates. Mattress uncomfortable. Breakfast was really great and free. Was clean

When you looked online they showed a restaurant on site, but it closed down. I stayed at many Country Inn & Suites and this was the worse one I ever stayed in. Don't reccomend it to anyone and will not ever stay at this one again.

Really liked staying for the 3 nights we were in Fergus Falls. Our room was facing toward the pool with a little balcony to relax on. The pool was a nice way to cool off and enjoy the downtime. The staff was great and the breakfast was a step above the cheaper hotels. Would stay again if ever in the area

This is an old hotel that has a convention center attached. The hallway carpet is just plain awful--very old and so dirty. We were put as far away from the main desk as possible, and with a room that could overlook the swimming pool. The lights from the pool shined in our room all night and the air conditioning could not have been louder. Would not recommend!
