Uma pousada muito especial

Gostei muito da estadia e da cordialidade, em especial a Paloma, que sempre me atendeu muito bem. Teve um rapaz tb no café e restaurante que tb foi muito prestativo e simpático, mas não lembro o nome. A água que deixam disponível para os clientes é o café da manhã de cortesia na nossa chegada fez a diferença.

Ótima , mas não voltaria !

Pousada super confortável e aconchegante! Vista maravilhosa. Alguns funcionários atenciosos. Boa limpeza dos quartos. Mas vamos aos problemas. Bangalô 2 ! Resumo. Uma pousada com uma diária tão cara não ter uma TV smart é precário! Passei 5 dias e a TV não pegava o básico como a Globo! Fiz reclamação resolveram por 1 dia e o problema persistiu todas as noites. Deixei de falar para não m estressar mais . Ou seja, chegava a noite não tinha como ver TV ! Penso q se o problema era só no meu quarto, como disseram deveriam ter trocado de quarto uma vez q havia quartos vazios. Mas não foram resolutivos . Outro problema básico é a falta de identificação dos alimentos no café da manhã. Tem q ficar perguntando; “ esse suco é de que”? O sanduíche é de que!?? Fora as pessoas alérgicas a glúten, lactose e a frutos do mar . Não tem nenhuma informação. Erro básico !

Local com visual incrível porém não fica perto da praia. Jardins muito bonitos e arquitetura linda! Café da manhã muito bom mas sem estrutura para espantar as moscas.. aspecto fica muito ruim! Deveria ter ventiladores ou algo parecido na mesa de buffet. Falta ducha higiênica nos banheiros.

No functioning WIFi!

The hotel wifi does not work. I spoke to other guests to make sure it wasn’t just me and they were also complaining. I was unable to work the 4 nights I was there. If you need wifi do not stay here. The hotel also only has 2 people working the desk, and when I complained about the wifi they didnt show that they cared and said its due to the island. I had friends in other hotels on the island which was cheaper and their hotel wifi worked fine.

Vista do hotel excelente

Vista do hotel excelente, area comum piscina ofuro tbm . Cafe da manha normal , ficamos no bangalo , grande e vista para piscina e praia. Conforto e chuveiro normal . Um pouco caro pelo que oferece , tirando a vista que é demais.

Pousada muito maravilhosa no paraiso.

Minha estadia foi otima, excelente atendimento do Staff. Check in um pouco lento e check out estava com umas cobranças a mais porem resolvido facilmente. A falta de staff para atendimento no bar da piscina deixa muito a desejar, achei pessimo. A falta de um cozinheiro para fazer um almoco foi pessimo tambem. Fora isso tudo muito maravilhoso!!! localização excelente, cama maravilhosa, chuveiro otimo e etc.........

Great place!

We received a warm welcome, and it was easy and simple check-in. Prior to our stay, we had a request to make sure we only have 1 bed in the room However, on our first day our request was not honored and we have 2 beds in the room. The room was nice, we had an ok view, the balcony was facing the local neighborhood rooftop and street. We want to compliment the staff during breakfast, they are phenomenal. A little disappointed with the night crew dinner, table setting and services, and a low standard in my opinion for what Pousada Moreno offers. We had been to many boutique hotels and resorts, and we had an expectations for this pousada. Overall, a great experience, a beautiful view, and very clean.

Noronha sem perrengue

A nossa estadia na Pousada Morena foi memorável! O atendimento é feito com muito carinho pelos funcionários... ótimas sugestões de restaurantes e passeios com guias e agências de qualidade. A comida do restaurante da Morena foi a melhor que comemos em Noronha.... e a vista, ahhh, a vista.... com certeza um dos melhores visuais da ilha! O investimento é alto, bem acima das demais pousadas, porém não se pode comparar o nível de conforto. O único ponto de melhora seria a acústica dos quartos... é possível ouvir barulho no corredores e quartos vizinhos...

Pousada fantástica, com vista linda do pico de Noronha e o mar da belíssima praia da Conceição. Café da manhã sensacional com muitas opções. Único inconveniente nos apartamentos de luxo, eh a falta de Acustica de sons , o que faz ouvir tudo que acontece nos aptos vizinhos. Porém isso não ocorre com os bangalôs privativos master, realmente pretendo voltar e ficar no bangalô master !

Não vale o que cobra! Nao é possível dormir!

A pousada cobra um valor classe A mas não entrega serviços a altura. Pior custo x beneficio. Ao chegar ngn nos passou informacoes gerais: horarios, servicos e afins. No quarto, a fronha estava suja e sem papel higiênico. Falamos na recepcão e foi resolvido. O quarto é cheio de falhas que comprometem a experiencia. É uma pena! Poderia ter roupao, pantufa...nao tem. O box do banheiro nao tem porta, molhando tudo (a ducha do chuveiro é mto boa). A pia do banheiro é linda, mas zero funcional. É grande e a agua nao escoa, ficando sujeira na pia. Nao ha lugar adequado para pendurar as toalhas. Mas a PIOR surpresa veio A NOITE: A pousada tem um problema de acústica GRAVE, e vc simplesmente ouve TUDO dos outros quartos e area comum. Conversas...tv... Não foi possível dormir na primeira noite. Ja passava de 23hs e nao havia ngn na recepcao. Na segunda noite, o pesadelo voltou. Falamos na recepcao mas nada efetivo pôde ser feito. A pousada precisa dar uma atencão SÉRIA A ESSE PROBLEMA. Com tratamento acustico ou regra rígida de silêncio. O ponto alto com certeza é a vista, a bela piscina e área de lazer, realmente lindas. A jacuzzi estava suja de lodo na lateral. O restaurante tbm é bom - mas nao eh climatizado. Café da manhã nao surpreende, toda hora precisamos pedir itens de reposicao e há mtos mosquitos..nos bolos inclusive. A pousada dispõe de cooler, guarda sol e cadeira p hospedes, o que é bom. Esperávamos mto mais. Nao voltaremos e não indicamos.
