"💙🌴 We absolutely loved our stay at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn & Suites! This was my 5th trip to Universal, and Dockside definitely impressed me! The resort was clean, comfortable, fun, and had the perfect relaxed vacation vibe. Our room was spacious, the pool was great, the staff were wonderful, and the transportation to the parks made everything so easy. After walking what felt like a million miles all day 😂, it was so nice to hop on a bus and be back at the resort in no time! For the price, Dockside is an amazing value, and we loved being part of the on-site Universal experience. We had such a great time that we were already talking about our next trip before we even left! 🎢✨ 5 trips to Universal and I’m still leaving wanting to plan the next one! 💙🌴🎢"

"the newly refurbished room was very nice as a quality manager I was impressed. The Maid services were not what we expected! With no complaint about the maids or the cleanliness of the rooms we were surprised at how late the rooms were made available the lobby was filled with people waiting on their rooms to be available well after the advertised check in time more maids were needed 2 maids per floor with the quality expected was not enough, they need more help. The Resort Fees were Excessive the staff could not explain the cost! The Parking fees were just another excessive hidden fee $42 a day totally ridicules rip off! Do not drive your car or rent a car it is cheaper to use Uber or Lift! The bus service is confusing S&D Busses Disney Busses and other contracted Busses! Paper signs taped to doors? No ideal when or if a bus was coming? 10 minutes 30 minutes no Ideal! S&D busses stop at all 3 hotels so don't plan on getting any ware soon! The boats were awesome this was a plus for the S&D if you are an EPCOT Hollywood fan! If you're going to Magic Kingdom plan on having to deal with the Disney Transportation Remote Parking Diabolical! Plan on wasting an Hour! Bus trip to a long line to get on a Monorail or boat! in the morning or nighttime back to your hotel! at the swan and dolphin, you are treated as a non-Disney Resort Customer for Magic Kingdom! Uncorrelated bus schedules 4 busses for Animal Kingdom in a row 1 bus in 45 minutes for Disney springs!"
