"This is a 3 story hotel, without an elevator. I requested a first story room, only to be told the hotel was completely sold out. We have an infant and a service dog, so lugging up 3 flights of stairs to bring our stuff in was rough, let alone constantly going up and down holding the baby (8 months old, 23 pounds) and our service dog. The women at the front desk was incredibly rude as well when the 1st floor room was requested. Other than that, the hotel room itself was very nice, spacious and clean. Parking was easy and it was very close to the parks."
