"Decent place for a one-night stopover. Acceptably clean and with all the usual equipment including a kettle in the room which you don't always get in Europe! Decor is starting to look a little rough around the edges so could do with a refurb soon, but that wouldn't stop me using it again if you're just looking for a bed for 1 night."

"Fabulous old school French hotel with a fantastic restaurant and welcoming staff. Secure parking as well if you’re travelling with a car full of possessions. We loved our stay and the fantastic meal in the evening topped it off. My only slight criticism was I thought the breakfast was slightly underwhelming but that’s being me really nitpicking. We will return."

"Lovely little hotel near the seafront over looking the river. Good sized family suites with comfortable beds. The bar area was really pleasant and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was really fresh too (fresh bread and croissants etc). We would stay again. Excellent location to Calais and the little seafront town was worth a visit."
