Excellent Bath with hot water

Poor stay. Kitchen available. True but no utensils cups plates etc. (padlocked in a cupboard) Microwave filthy, I had to clean it for use, turntable in microwave not working. No heating the we could find. Just a note that we would be fined if we touched the non existent thermostat. Radiators did nothing

Eine schwierige Geschichte. Die Lage der Unterkunft im Verhältnis zur Altstadt von Ferrara ist perfekt. 3m Decken, altes Haus, Holzdecken daher doch sehr hellhörig. Was aber wenn eine Familiensuite mit getrennten Schlafraum und voller Küche gebucht wird, man aber eine Juniorsuite bekommt. Die deutlich kleiner, keine voll bestückte Küche hat, kein Kochgeschirr Teller und ähnliches.. und auch keinen Esstisch. Darauf angesprochen wird patzig reagiert ... man könne ja stornieren, das wäre kostenfrei möglich ... Super. Daher tatsächlich die Abwertung der Unterkunft. Parken geht theoretisch an der Straße, auch kostenfrei ... Nur müsste dazu auch mal etwas frei sein. War dann aber in weiterer Entfernung... On unserem Fall 20 Gehminuten möglich ... Nicht schlimm, muss man aber einkalkulieren.

Esperienza negativa

Comere ampie e bel palazzo d'epoca, in 5 con un letto matrimoniale e un lettino singolo comodi, per i restanti componenti della famiglia due divani adattati a letto dove è stato impossibile riuscire a dormire, questo ha reso il soggiorno per tre notti estremamente difficoltoso. Pur avendo espresso il disagio e richieste delle brandine per affrontare la notte, non è stato fatto nulla, nonostante queste fossero disponibili. Appunto anche per la pulizia, estremamsnte sommaria, sotto i letti e i divani abbondante lana polverosa. Devo comunque dire che il lavandino otturato non funzionante al nostro arrivo è stato aggiustato. Ritornando a Ferrara sceglierei altro.

Ampia stanza vicino al centro.

La stanza era ampia, moderna, silenziosa e pulita. Il letto confortevole e il bagno aveva sia la vasca che la doccia. Nella stanza c'era anche una mini cucina attrezzata alla quale mancava però un pentolino per il caffè e per il tè e neanche il bollitore. Per il resto era tutto perfetto. Anche Irene che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile.

The property is totally renovated in this Ferrara historic center. Each unit is apartment style with the amenities of kitchenette that include stove, microwave oven, mini fridge, dishes and pots and pans. Apartments are inside the building secured with an outside door, and locked inside gate.

Il personale è stato veramente cordiale, disponibile e sempre di buon umore, cosa veramente importante secondo me. La camera in ottime condizioni dotata di tutto il necessario dal sapone al frigo. allmost a perfect stay

everything was excellent high quality room very spacious with kitchen facilities in front of the bus station that takes you to the train staion,and near the center of the city by feet many stores close by,easy check in very nice,helpfull and friendly staff and great transfer from the airport(it costs extra).The disadvantage was that 2 days of a 4day stay there wasnt hot water and the staff informed us due to a techicallity and sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the sewers and it wasnt very soundproof but overall it was a very plesant stay

Dit was een uiterst mooi, erg groot en schoon appartement. Dichtbij het centrum. En ook nog eens erg betaalbaar. De inrichting is modern en superstrak (en daarmee misschien voor sommigen wat 'sfeerloos'). En dat in een eeuwenoud pand. De gastheer was super vriendelijk en had veel humor. En maakt je snel wegwijs over de plekken waar je naartoe kunt (en Ferrara is gewoon een erg plezierige en overzichtelijke stad). Kortom, wij hebben genoten en zullen er vast nog ooit terugkomen.
