"Great location & breakfast. Excellent staff. Downside was very hard flat bed pillows. Asked for softer / fluffier ones & were given the same hard dead pillows. Last night new people in adjacent room smoked in their bathroom in early hrs with fan on for hrs which sent smoke into mainly our bathroom as we had the door shut during the evening. Next morning the smoke in our. Station almost made us sick. The room next to us was also a non smoking so we were rather upset. Staff apologized of course."

"Comfirtable and spacious room. Staff was friendly and excellent service provided. Dissapointed in breakfast buffet- very "average" quality food- not the same quality we received in other hotels in Italy, especially a bummer in the "food capitol" of Italy"
