Staff and services were amazing. Specially, Aziz was very very helpful providing information regarding visiting the city. He even got us a large water bottle around 11 pm when we forgot to buy from outside. Breakfast was good too.

Location was perfect. Easy to find and not get lost in the medina. What we didn’t like is the noise. The personal starts early in the morning and you can hear everything.

It was a tribal place inside the suk.. dirty place alot of stap no alivator….they dasnt wont to cancel the order and we look about another hotel… they dosent wont to give our driver to slip there. A bad riad in a bed place ..dirty and ugly ettitud. At the beginning we saw that you write that this riad is 5 stars and luxury… it’s fake…we write to you but there is no answer . We ask our mony back!!!!!

Formidable guesthouse au coeur de la médina

Riad au coeur de la medina de Fès. L'équipe est presente dès la réservation pour l'organisation des transferts ou des visites. En cas de problème, il y a toujours quelqu'un pour aider. De ce côté là, le staff est accueillant et sympa. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais s'avère finalement suffisant. La possibilité est également ouvert en intérieur ou sur la terrasse avec la vue sur Fès. La décoration intérieur est raccord avec le style traditionnel marocain et très bien entretenue. S'agissant d’une maison d'hôte, il est egalement possible de se restaurer le soir en réservant à l'avance. Ce qui est proposé est de qualité et en quantité non négligeable pour un prix modique. Au final, si je devais refaire le choix de la destination, je pense que je séjournerai à nouveau dans cette guesthouse.

Of all the places we stayed in Morocco this seemed to be the worst value. The room is quite small and because the breakfast starts later ( they say8:30, but it was closer to 9) we had to rush or missed it, although he did give us a few things in a bag to take on our last morning, which was nice. It was in a good location, once you get oriented.

We liked the location of the Dar in the medina. Breakfast was good. Language was a bit of challenge as we don't speak arabic and french. Our room is on the 3rd floor can be a bit uncomfortable. There were mosquitoes when we just arrived. The guy at the reception could be more friendly. No toiletries except the towels and no place to hang anything in the bathroom.

Purtroppo non è stata una bella esperienza. La stanza assegnata aveva un odore sgradevole e insopportabile, non abbiamo capito da dove provenisse ma di certo era all'interno della camera perché uscendo non si avvertiva più. Il secondo giorno, dopo essermi spogliato per una doccia, entro in bagno e scopro che la doccia era stata tolta ..dopo aver segnalato il problema al ragazzo della Reception ..mi dice che avevano avuto un problema in un'altra camera…e avevano preso la nostra..???.. non sono accettabile queste sviste. La colazione è stata sempre abbondante. Insomma non ci tornerei..... e considerando il costo, di certo per lo stesso prezzo si può trovare di meglio.

My family and I loved staying in this riad. It was super clean, the rooms were cleaned daily. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast they served every morning. The view from the rooftop is absolutely amazing, we'd spent hours there. Aziz was so helpful and kind, he arranged our trip to the blue city and it was incredible. When we first arrived he printed the map of the Medina and told us about all the tourist attractions. I am certainly recommending this riad to all my friends and family. Shukran

Wonderful spot in beautiful Fes

The Dar was absolutely amazing, filled with antiques, and in the heart of the medina. Our host was helpful and made absolutely sure that we did not leave breakfast hungry. One of my very favorite touches was the local shampoo and body soap offered. Completely new experience and lovely, different scents. The terrace was wonderful, too.

Nice, cosy and comfortable stay. It’s located inside Médina, very convenient. Azize has been very helpful, attentive and hospitable. He arranged a day your at the Médina, taxi to and from the train station and arranged packed breakfast for us as we checked out very early in the morning. Highly recommended.
