"Third time staying on this hotel,the exterior looks old but the cleanliness is superb. The area is safe walkable to Alabang town center and Molito wherein plenty of restaurant options and shopping. 10 Mins drive to SM southmall and Festival Mall. Transportation is very accessible. The staff here are all friendly,especially the Morning shift security guard, who always greeted you with a warm smile. Definitely will stay here again."

"Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel. "
