I had a very nice stay here. The staff were exceptionally kind, the food was delicious, and the scenery has to be some of the best in the area. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in the area, and I would definitely stay here again every time I visit.

I took my mum here for 7 nights and so happy I choose this beautiful, stylish hotel, just wished we stayed longer. The personnel was really kind, accommodating, and charming. Rabia and Arsan, to mention a couple, were truly delightful, but every area—from the spa to the dining room to the bar to the reception—had its own unique touch. Marianne gave excellent massages, and the birds were hilarious. Great surroundings and ambiance. I would choose this paradisical palace if I were to return to Oludeniz.

We stayed 3 nights in the Mars room which has its own outside hot tub. It had dirty water in the bottom when we arrived. I asked for it to be cleaned so we use use it the 1st night. It wasn’t so I had to ask again. The room sleeps 2 but the hot tub can probably sit 10. It took over two hours to fill it enough to enjoy it. Prob another 1 hour to actually fill it. The internet is average & drops out all the time. We had to request water as no bottles were refilled on day 2 after cleaning. The property itself is lovely. The pool area is lovely (take your own towel as they don’t provide pool towels… very strange). And the staff were all nice and friendly. It’s also in a great location. The spa is also a great experience with Thai and Balinese options. Was it worth £250 per night… not quite but still lovely

Beautiful hotel but needs better beds

Hotel is beautiful and the bar staff are amazing! However there are a lot of stairs up to your rooms and the beds and mattresses are like sleeping on a brick, plus only a small thin blanket to sleep with.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We picked the wrong dates, but they still accommodate us free of charge. That location is excellent. The hotel is beautiful, offers a lot for what you pay. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

The Flamingo Hotel was so beautiful - especially the dining area and pools! We also loved the breakfast every morning. The rooms were a little tired but perfectly clean and the staff were very friendly, helping us with our bags and bringing extra blankets when we needed them. We preferred the hotel’s location as well - very walkable to the strip and easy to drive around but a little removed from all the main attractions so ultimately very peaceful in the evening!

Everything great, except rooms

Everything outside of the actual rooms is great. The pool, lobby, breakfast area, the gardens are all perfect. However, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite dated. Also had trouble connecting to WiFi in the room, but was fine around the property

370EUR stolen from our room!

During our recent stay at the hotel for three nights, everything was satisfactory and the service was adequate until the morning of our departure. Upon preparing to leave for the airport, we discovered that 370 EUR had been stolen from our luggage, which was securely stored in our room. We immediately contacted the hotel staff for assistance, but their initial response was, "Sorry, we can't do anything right now." This response was both confusing and unsatisfactory, given that the money was kept inside our room and was intended for use in Istanbul. When we pressed further, the staff responded with, "Why didn't you put the money in the safe locker?" This reaction was both surprising and troubling, as we believed that our belongings would be secure within our room without the need for additional precautions. We are currently awaiting a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
