"Parking included across the street. Loved The Russell. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in that area. Close by to restaurants. Beautiful lobby to hangout. There was a filtered water and ice machine on each floor with a microwave. Bottled water and snacks provided in the room with a coffee machine. Coffee and tea available in the lobby. We did notice that grab bars are needed in the shower for safety reasons. "

Every single staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, we had a small issue with the TV, but they quickly fixed it within minutes AND followed up with us later to make sure it was still working.
