Our lake front will have an ~50x50 foot clearing (via hand-pulling of lake weeds) off the dock that will make it suitable for swimming. The lake will have it's first cleaning to pull all the lake weeds the week of June 16, so swimming will be an option for our guests the weekend following and all summer long with consistence maintenance cleanings scheduled.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our beautiful, family-friendly cabin on East Wood Lake in Minnesota's Fifty Lakes area. We offer a late (7p) checkout time!

The Woodlake features an open floorplan with a large great room that overlooks the lake via a full, A-frame style wall of windows with dining and seating options for 10+. The kitchen boasts new countertops & appliances, and is well-appointed for a several night stay. The deck and lower-level fire pit overlook a small, private lake with dock.

This beautiful and spacious A-frame is ideal for a large gathering or family getaway. The cabin accommodates 11 guests in beds, with ample space to add more sleeping space if needed.

With 3,400 square feet of indoor living space, there's ample room for both large gatherings and cozy places to relax.

The main floor living space is open-concept living at its best. A large seating area with a couch, armchairs, and stools is adjacent to the large dining area which seats 10 comfortably; both spaces capture views of the lake and land via the A-frame style wall of windows. The connected kitchen boasts new appliances and countertops, and is fully equipped with cooking supplies. In addition, a coffee maker with single-serve & full pot functionality makes waking up easy as you enjoy your morning coffee on the deck as the sun comes up on the lake.

The lower-level living space is ideal for family gatherings during the evening or on rainy days. A large, regulation-size ping-pong table takes up half of the space, with the adjacent area boasting a 70" TV and XL coffee table perfect for games.

The second-floor loft is a quiet spot to enjoy the lake view, outfitted with two cozy leather armchairs and a table that's perfect a perfect place to rest your feet and read a book.

Outside, you'll find the deck that's attached to the great room for both lounging and outdoor dining. Have an outdoor barbecue on the deck with the Weber gas grill, or host an indoor dinner party with easy access to the dining room. There's also a large yard that's great for games or having the kids run around on beautiful summer days.

Beyond the deck is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the cool, Minnesota nights and a view of the lake.

While there isn't a boat launch onto our lake, you are more than welcome to bring your boat for any of the many public boat launches for neighboring lakes. We are ~15 minutes away from the Manhattan Beach boat launch on Big Trout Lake, which is attached to the Whitefish Chain.

There is ample parking space at the end of the driveway for multiple cars

East Woodlake is swimmable and beginning the summer of 2025, the lake will have a 50x50 foot clearing off the dock that will make the lake suitable for swimming for all of our guests!
