"Many of the features shown on their website are no longer available which would have given it an excellent rating but not so very disappointed. The Hotel and rooms were very clean and nice, staff very friendly. The price was right but check out features and entertainment facilities that are available to your at time of Booking."

"Great stay"

"It was okay. Fairly high price for the averageness of it all. I am from out-of-town so perhaps that's normal in Hamilton/Southern ON."

"As usual room with King size bed was perfect. Comfortable, clean and stocked. The breakfast area was renovated/updated. I liked the old setup better. The selection of items seam less and with all the seats facing towards the centre island makes it less private and uncomfortable because everyone is looking at each other. However others might like the lack of privacy."

"Had a great stay."

"The Laundry Rooms is a great place to stay and close to everything!"

"Great spot for charactercool old architecture! I was able to check-in early and check-out later, due to a very late flight. While waiting I was able to store my suitcase and check out the castle! First time in Hamilton and I will certainly be back."

"Good location close to what we want. Just good for only over nite stay. No ice on property."

"It was a HOLE never again What a joke"

"Horrible place to stay with rude staff"
