"We asked for towels and trash bags and never received them. I had to go back down the next morning to get them from someone at the front desk. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and not 1 time did someone come and clean our room. We were gone everyday of our stay doing things. This is absolutely absurd. People at the front desks are rude or playing on their phones. Housekeeping is always on the floor but would rather be on their phones and balring their music or facebook. This is not how a hotel should be ran. First and only time ever will i stay at this place or any others."

"The room was clean but the jacuzzi tub had brown stuff coming out the water and after after the Jets and we didn’t get to use it and the Wi-Fi kept going on and off and the TV in the front of the suite didn’t work and they said he was gonna reimburse me for my room and nobody never gave me a call so they kind of ruined my vacation cause all I want to do is soak in the Jacuzzi tub watch little TV and just relax and that didn’t happen "

"The hotel is very nice including the staff. The swimming pool area is closed under renovation. The location is very close to everything(supermarket, other restaurant- McDonald is beside with the hotel. 9 mins away from EPIC HQ. We had good complimentary breakfast. The rooms were very clean & organized. There's microwave, mini refrigerator & Keurig. Also iron w/ iron board. Smart TV. Outlets w/ USB or type c available.Bathroom w/ built-in dispenser for shampoo & conditioner. "

"It was a clean room. I really appreciated the evening clerk. She was GREAT! When I went to turn the key in at the end of my stay, the person who was at the front desk was in the back and appeared to be reading a newspaper. There were two packages setting there. I announced that I was checking out and mentioned the packages. He didn't get up. Otherwise, everything couldn't have been BETTER! I loved the whirlpool. I liked how they had the room set up. Everything else was great."
