"Clean rooms, friendly staff "

"The bathroom was dirty, when we arrived there no one was at the front desk, we have to wait and walk around until we find somebody, the person who did the valet left our car smells like weed. "

"The staff was very rude and makes you feel like you are wasting there time. Also they never let us use the portion of our destination fee and told us that you can not use it on the day that we were checking out wich is probably the only place on earth when they come out with that excuse. Room was clean that is a plus . I guess."

"The hotel is very nice and unique. It offers many services such as a lounge, restaurant, bar, and complimentary wine. The staff are friendly, and it is located next to Independence Hall and a few blocks away from bars, restaurants, and other nightlife activities."

"Bed was comfortable. No hot water Friday night, couldn't shower after a long day of travel. Hot water on briefly Saturday morning. Then no hot water again so couldn't shower before checking out after a long day and night out in the city. I was on a low floor so post-bar noise outside woke me up. A loud fight in my floor/hallway Friday went on for half an hour at 3 a.m. Rough stay."
