"The room was OK but not great for the price. Extra daily “amenity” charges by the property were a surprise. We needed to leave a day early and the property wasn’t very helpful. They said I had to work with Expedia and Expedia said I had to work with the property to cancel the last day of my stay. In the end, it was too much hassle and I just paid the extra day. Not a great experience with either Expedia or the property."

"The Houstonian property and grounds are gorgeous and have amazing amenities. We visited the spa and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, massages, facials, and pool. We had snacks poolside in between appointments as well and the our services were delightful. The restaurant on site is a wonderful addition, the food is delicious and our waitress was super attentive. We always enjoy our stay here and look forward to returning soon!"

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Mia at the front desk was especially exceptional at her job. I experienced an issue with the bathtub in my original room, and she immediately took action without hesitation to switch my room so I would not be inconvenienced. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made a stressful situation effortless. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure guests felt taken care of. It is clear this property values hospitality and customer experience. Overall, this was an amazing stay with an outstanding team, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Houston Galleria area."

"We arrived at 5:15pm and the rooms were not ready. Check-in was 4pm. The front desk person was very rude and did not so a bit of concern that they were not ready. My boss was staying here and told me to never book them again."
