"Unique property, beautiful location nestled next to the mountains. Comfortable bed awesome knock and drop breakfast that we enjoyed after going for a hike on one of the many trails within 10min of the property. Great location for a couple looking to disconnect and discover a quiet area."

"This property is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large family. They’ve remembered the little things like coffee pods and plenty of mugs, plates, bowls and cutlery as well as cookware. The furniture is comfortable, especially the rocking chairs in the viewing room. The pool was an absolute hit with everyone and the highlight of our weekend. Star gazing at night while swimming was magical. The only thing that was different than advertised was the room with the twin beds. It looks considerably bigger in the photos (it’s the smallest room) and although I clarified with the host that there were 7 actual beds, that room has two twin beds (better suited to children. Not for adults) and two trundles (which I don’t consider normal beds) with thinner mattresses. Again, perfect for children but not for adults. Other than that, the property is wonderful."

"This is an awesome and unique space in the desert just below Julian, CA. Reni is both the host and the artist responsible for much of the beauty inside the space. Amazing dark skies are visible here and it’s wonderfully quiet most of the day. There isn’t AC but there is a pump based cooling system. The property stays relatively cool even in the heat but be prepared to sleep in a warmer room than you may be used to."

"We had an amazing experience at this property. The host was communicative and super accommodating. The house was perfect for our whole family. And the kids especially loved the theater room. The yard was a huge hit for our dogs as well. Would definitely return next time we visit the desert."

"Beautiful property in a great location, with a host who was incredibly communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. If you enjoy hiking, this is the perfect spot—there are so many great trails nearby. The pool was an added bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience."
