"Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were made to feel right at home. Mark and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well cared for and the rooms are comfortable. The common areas are charming and spacious. The restaurant offers great food with generous portions and a nice offering of local and other wines. Mark provided great suggestions for things to do. The ride up the aerial cablecar to Brienzer Rothorn was a highlight, offering exceptional views of the alps, Interlaken, etc. The whole experience exceeded our expectations."

"Pas d’air climatisé, il faut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et c’était bruyant. C’est un self-Check in donc, il n’y a pas de personnel sur le site. La chambre était petite et pas de store dans la fenêtre de la salle de bain, donc le soleil réchauffe la chambre."
